Who knows the best exercise to builds up the arms, particularly the biceps and forearms?

To build up forearms and biceps at the same time there’s the bicep curl. Different curls work different parts of the forearms so a variation of these is good. such as the standard bicep curl and the reverse bicep curl. The standard is you’re standing holding a curl bar (one bar) in your hands with your palms pointing outward. Then keep the elbows in place as you bring the bar toward the sholders. Turn your hands around and have your palms face you for a reverse grip. Barbell curls are good for the outside forarms. Triceps are tricep press and french curls. Also, seek out qualified individuals to assist you in your workout scheme. I find it odd that three girls are telling you to do push ups but I’ll go against them and say push ups are a complex body movement and that means that the focus isn’t so much on the arms. In a push up the focus is more on the chest and lats. I’m a personal trainer, still in college.
