What if the surface isn smooth?
If your surface has a textured finish, no rougher than a grapefruit skin, you will need to use a slightly different technique when applying them. To make sure you get the best stick, once it’s on the wall, leave the transfer paper on for about 1/2hr and let the adhesive get a good grip on the wall before you pull the transfer paper of gently. Give it another rub over with the palm of your hand every now and then while you’re waiting, this will help it really adhere to the uneven surface and give you the best results. The longer you leave it the better the results but about an hour will be more than enough, besides who can wait that long to see the results of your fabulous creation!! However, if your surface is rougher than this, we can’t guarantee your stickers will stick!
