There are many places that you can make an intelligent and worthwhile investment in a desktop or notebook computer for personal use. You need first to determine what you will use it for. Will it be for you or your family? Will it be for work, education, or personal use? Will you want it for multimedia such as games and Internet or just for word processing, etc.? Dell has superb, stable systems and great tech support. Gateway gives a lot of “bang for the buck” and is quick to offer the latest technology. Compaqs are proven systems and recently have been improving in price. You can go to the Dell or Gateway websites to custom order a system.
