What is appliqué?
This is a technique used by quilters, crafters, and other fabric artists to make pictures with fabric. Small pieces of fabric are cut into designs and then sewn or fused to the background fabric. It can be done by hand or by machine. It can be used alone or with other techniques. Your imagination is the limit. I can cut out some appliqu shapes with my Accucut system.
