Because it is nutrient rich, TAGRO Mix has an “earthy” smell that dissipates after a few days, depending on how much drying or watering it receives. When odor is an issue, you have most likely over applied TAGRO Mix for the purpose. TAGRO Mulch (mulch is not available until further notice) has a slight “woodsy” odor that lasts only a short time. And TAGRO Potting Soil is virtually odorless and suitable for houseplants.
