How best to tone arms and thighs?
For the thighs… you can tone the thighs just by doing cardio. Like running and biking and such. Buying ankle weights will help tone legs when walking. For arms I recomend freeweights. If you don’t have dumbells filling water-bottles up with sand can be an alternative. If you can use dumbells 3-5pounds work the best for toning. Work the muscles every other day(You need them to rest in between) and do 2 or 3 sets of 10-12 reps. ————– You can easily google the different exercises. I’m afraid I would explain wrong.
