What is the history of CarafeTM?
Since 1987 our company has provided consulting services to Restauranteurs, Microbreweries, Brewpubs and Winemakers throughout North America and the Caribbean. In 1990, the founders assembled a team of experts to address the needs of the emerging “brew on premise business” in Canada. A unique concept with advanced equipment design and operating system was developed and marketed under the name Brew Kettle. In 1993, the Brew Kettle facilities introduced their successful winemaking program. Recognizing the tremendous potential of winemaking stores dedicated solely to quality wine products and specialized services, CarafeTM was established in 1996. Carafe WinemakersTM Franchises soon grew to become leading winemaking boutiques in Canada. CarafeTM International continues to oversee and advance both Brew Kettle regional brewing centers and the CarafeTM Winemakers family. We enjoy a highly positive and mutually beneficial relationship with our 20 Franchisees. Their dedication to their clientel
