Both homeowner and homeseeker candidates are carefully screened and undergo interviews, criminal background and personal reference checks. HomeShare staff also visits the homeowner’s home for an in-home assessment. Both the homeowner and homeseeker must be flexible, able to communicate effectively, and willing to agree upon expectations for the match to be successful.
