• A DISC IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: If you get a new program, and a disc is damaged in transit, return the disc and we’ll replace it for free. • A DISC GETS DAMAGED AFTER YOU HAVE BEEN USING THE DISC: If you have a disc that you have been using, and a disc gets damaged beyond repair, send the damaged disc back to us and we’ll send a replacement disc back for $50.00, shipping included. We have to break open a new program to get a replacement disc. • LOST OR MISPLACED DISCS: If you lose or misplace a disc, we can’t take responsibility for the lost disc. If a textbook is lost book publishers won’t replace that book for free. We have the same policy.
