A. You can easily import your client data into CRM-gx. If your client data is currently in a database or application, you can export that data into Microsoft Excel and then save it as a CSV (Comma Separated Value) file. CRM-gx can then import this CSV file quickly and easily. If you have custom database fields, these can also be quickly setup in CRM-gx. When you import your data, you can define exactly how your data is organized and which fields you store.
