How secure is BroadAir?
The network uses several layers of security to insure that other users cannot eavesdrop on your connection. First, our network only communicates with other BroadAir devices. Next, we use frequency bands that are separate from those used by WiFi devices. In addition to that, the network utilizes spread spectrum signaling techniques that prevent other devices from tracking the signal. And finally all BroadAir wireless links are encrypted with advanced 128-bit AES encryption to for additional security against unwanted listeners. We also support additional subscriber security features including Virtual Private Networks (VPN).
