What will pupils learn?
In the KS4 Financial Capability Programme pupils will learn how money behaves over time and how the correct management of money can benefit them in the future. They will be taught how to make objective decisions and, rather than tell them how they should spend their money, they are taught WHY they should manage their money. This gives them the freedom to decide how they want to spend their money, but shows them all the options and consequences so they are fully aware how their decisions affect their future.
