Yes. Agencies can, and are encouraged to, submit proposals early. Proposals delivered after 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 27 will not be accepted or reviewed. (14) Can agencies request extensions on the proposal due date? Proposals are due to AFC by Friday, August 27 at 5pm. The deadline is strictly enforced, and no exceptions will be granted for any reason. No proposal will be accepted after this time and no extensions will be granted.
