Things on Goby?
I just received a red banded antennae goby from a distributor, and I noticed that the little guy has two red, sausage looking blobs on either side of his body. They are not on his head or gills, but rather about halfway down his body, right behind his stomach/intestinal area. One blob is about a millimeter, the other slightly smaller. They are red, but still semi transparent. When you look closely, you can see something undulating inside of them. It is a bottom to top motion, no squirming or writhing inside. Also, the larger of the two sausages has a small yellowish “string” coming from the top of it. I do not have a camera here (I’m at work) so I cannot attach a picture.
