Why Getting Fit Everyday?
Our philosophy and approach is that through consistent exercise, ample amounts of rest and proper nutrition, we can improve our health and accomplish whatever we desire. The goal of GFE is to educate our clients on how to exercise properly and to learn what proper nutrition means. Our trainers are National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified and American Academy of Sports Dietitians and Nutritionists (AASDN) Nutrition Specialists. The initial evaluation involves discussions of fitness goals, eating habits and relevant medical history. This, along with an assessment of your current fitness level, enables us to focus on the optimal program to achieve your healthy living goals.
