Why do I not see the OsaSync menu in the contact inspector?
The OsaSync menu in the contact inspector (= contact edit window) is visible if the contact can be shared. If the folder is synchronized the contact cannot be shared anymore (this would make no sense because the contact is already copied to the other computer(s)) so the OsaSync menu isn’t visible. Look here for other reasons why a contact cannot be shared. If the OsaSync menu is not visible in the main Outlook window (= explorer window): look here what to do.
