All cooks are required to have a fire extinguisher with a minimum of 2A 10 BC Rating. You must have the proper type of extinguisher for the hazard involved in accordance with the IFC 2000 edition and the NFPA. All fire extinguishers shall be displayed at or near cooking equipment.
