How Does MailMate Work?
MailMate runs between your email server and email client software, and all emails are filtered by the MailMate’s filtering system. With MailMate, your email client will receive filtered emails from MailMate instead of directly receiving them from the email server. Thus you can receive emails directly and needn’t to kill spams on the server beforehand as some other anti-spam softwares do. Furthermore, MailMate can bounce back unwanted e-mails so it looks as if your email address is not valid. This will make the sender think your address is no longer active so your name can be removed from their list. This unique feature is great for privacy and it couldn’t be simpler!
