No 8: Savage Blow or Mastery first?
Heres a few facts about Savage Blow (SB), Double Stab (2S) and Mastery that may help you decide. If you want my opinion, see What I recommend below. NB: This is up to date with SBs new damage changes (4 hits at level 1, 5 hits at level 11) and DSs new damage changes (2x 140% rather than 130%) Effect You might be tired of 2S for now, and SB is a whole new skill, much better looking than the old 2S. Mastery is a passive skill, in other words you do not have to activate it for it to work. Mastery increases your minimum damage by 5% every 2 level of Mastery, up to 60% when it is level 19 or maxed. If you learn Mastery first, though, you will have to keep on using 2S for quite a few more levels. Oh and just in case youre wondering, the Chinese letters that appear when you use Savage Blow are supposed to mean Strike the sky until it bleeds, KILL.
