• If there is an “ivi” folder, hover your mouse and click the ivi logo – your player will launch. Copy the ivi shortcut from this folder to your desktop for faster access to ivi TV. • If there is not an “ivi” folder, please log in to my ivi and re-download the ivi TV player. Mac: • Check your Desktop, or Applications Folder • Depending on your browser type (Safari, Firefox, etc) you may be given the choice of location to expand or save, such as “Open with Stuffit Expander”, and for other browsers the choice may be preselected in the “tools” menu of your browser. Check the settings in the “tools” pull-down of the browser and look at “options”. This may reveal the location where your browser placed the ivi.zip application download. • If the download was interrupted and not completed, you should return to my ivi and re-download the ivi TV player. • Alternatively, if you know you downloaded it completely, but cannot locate ivi TV, perform a search on your computer: Spotlight -> “ivi” Linux
