What is Natural Vegetable Broth?
The vegetables that made up the broth are Radish, Radish Leaves, Carrot, Mushroom, and burdock. They are JAS certified organic. Therefore it’s 100% natural, chemical free and produced under the strict standard of JAS. From the micro perspective, the earth used in the agriculture are volcanic. They contain minerals, ranging from folic acid, iron, phosphorus, calcium and many others. The vegetable feed on the minerals, and becomes a naturally produced anti-biotic. Once harvested, the vegetable are Freeze-Dried in -28 degree Celcius chambers, to ensure the nutrients and minderals are retained. The vegetable broth is basically alkaline in nature, being radish at 9.3, carrot at 8.2 and burdock at 8.0. Considering our mainly acidic diet (meat), vegetable broth puts our body’s PH into balance.
