What’s The Career Explorer Course?
These workshops will be presented by Keith Hofmann. Keith has over 20 years of experience in helping people transition from one position to another and he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to these workshops. Assisting Keith will be Rick Miller. Rick currently teaches a class at Faulkner State helping people with career decisions. Topics we will cover each week include: · Week One: Accepting Job Loss and Turning it Into an Opportunity · Week Two: Discovering Your Unique Qualities · Week Three: Developing a Results Oriented Resume · Week Four: Finding Your Right Opportunity · Week Five: Effective Interviewing · Week Six: Getting the Most Out of That New Opportunity Since the workshops build on each other and attendance is limited to 20 people, we do ask that you plan on attending as many of these as possible. We will be using the material and resources from the Career Crossroads® Network, including their Explorers manual and access to their proprietary website.
