Who can get Medicare EPC?
This is something you need to discuss with your GP. It is not means tested (ie it is not based on your income or assets). However there are established criteria about who can qualify based on your medical history, and different GP’s interpret the criteria in different ways. Discuss with your GP about the Medicare EPC based on YOUR medical history. Bring your papers and Medicare Card to your first appointment. You will also need to fill in our PATIENT FORM which you can find on the First Appointment page. Please breing a list of your medications, and the details of your medical history that you doctor may have given you to your first appointment. If your doctor has written out the referral to another dentist, we should still be able to accept the referral – and we will report back to your doctor on your progress with us.
