We have found that it works best for the consulting partner who worked on the client implementation or who has had a consulting relationship with the client to also provide training support. In most cases, the key to effective training support is in knowing the client’s organization and business processes, not just CE features. Because the consulting partner learns about the client’s overall processes and organizational context, and relates those processes to CE features, it is best for the consultant(s) who have developed that organizational knowledge to also provide training support.
