Where can I dispose of plastic bags?
Many supermarkets have bins out front where you can take grocery-type plastic bags–just remember clean bags only and turn them inside out first to make sure that no paper–like receipts are still in the bag. If you’re talking about department store type carrier bags, ask the department store themselves if they have any info about how to recycle them–they should or they are not being very responsible!
