Who runs the CIA?
CIA’s founder and principal consultant is Terri G. Trent. Terri brings 20+ years of diverse human resources and organizational development experience. Terri has led change efforts in numerous industries, including: municipal governments, higher education, hospitals, management consulting firms, an airline, as well as numerous manufacturing firms. Terri’s specific areas of expertise include: performance management, career coaching, curriculum development using adult learning theory, leadership competency development, organizational change management, diversity training, team building, retention strategies, talent management, and multiple assessments, including the Myers Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI). Terri’s education includes her current status as a Doctoral Candidate in Online Learning at Capella University.
