Hyne T2 is approved for use as a termite resistant building material and is suitable for use as:- Part of a whole of house protection barrier system that complies with AS3660.1 Or As an additional protection against possible termite infestation. Hyne Timber recommends the use of Hyne T2 Red as an additional barrier against termite attack. Use of Hyne T2 Red structural framing in the construction of the wall frame and roof truss components of dwellings combined with other normal termite barriers provides additional protection against termites.
