A pharmacist is that person, who has attained a university degree in pharmacy, completed internship training, passed the mandatory pre-registration examinations and entered into the register of pharmacists. A pharmacist is the only expert and authority on drugs for both human and veterinary use. He or she is able to work in any of the numerous branches of pharmacy that are: academia, clinical or hospital pharmacy, research, regulation, veterinary, administration or policy, community pharmacy, industrial manufacturing, pharmaceutical logistics and so on.
