What if the European Science Foundations structure changes before the end of FP7?

Since the ESF’s continuation as implementing agent for COST for the duration of FP7 has been confirmed by both parties, the ongoing debate in ESF does not concern COST at the moment. Should circumstances change, however, the CSO can choose a new implementing agent.
