CPOP (Cold Process Oven Process) Soap is brought to trace, colored, fragranced and put in the mold – and only then is heat applied to speed saponification. It has the same basic appearance and function as CP. HP Soap is brought to trace and then heated. Only after it has been heated are color and fragrance added, and is it put in the mold. It has the same basic function as CP, but generally a less dense and more “fluffy” appearance and texture.
