How Does Kallah Weekend Work?
Here’s What to Expect: Accommodations: Camp Beber is located on 380 acres. We stay in clean, heated rooms in Beber’s conference center, usually one family per room, with up to 3 bunk beds (i.e. 6 beds) and a private bath. All food is prepared in a kosher kitchen and served buffet style. Vegetarian options are available upon request. We all take turns helping to clear and clean the tables. Kamp Kallah: This year, “Kamp Kallah” is the name of the children’s programming for the weekend. Activities and childcare will be available during adult learning, praying and party times. Kamp Kallah includes nature hikes, sports, art, singing, youth services and junior onegs to keep your kids entertained and happy. Individual babysitters are also available for younger children.
