If you mean the cue ball hairdo, then it’s clearly coming back. If you mean the racist, violent, hateful and ethnocentric political and social belief group, then sadly, I’d say their has been a resurgence of this pathetic, disgusting and ignorant subculture. Hard economic times always lead to an increase in xenophobia, which in turn helps lead to a resurgence in violent racism and anti-alien subculture groups. The KKK and the Aryan Brotherhood, for example, both gain strength in economic downturns and lose strength in times of peace and prosperity. Fortunately, the growth in numbers of these “people” is more than offset by the fact that they are usually the lowest of the losers, incapable of competing in an open market environment, below average in terms of intelligence, and unable to coalesce into a solid, unified movement.
