Plaintiff has asked the Court to award money, known as statutory damages, to Class members in a range of $100 to $1,000 each and punitive damages. Plaintiff is also seeking to have Equifax change the practice that is alleged to be unlawful. Plaintiff is not seeking an award of actual damages for the Class.
