What is True North Upward Bound?
True North Upward Bound, located at Mesabi Range College, provides support to participants in their preparation for college entrance. The program provides opportunities for participants to succeed in their high school performance and ultimately in their post-secondary pursuits. Upward Bound serves high school students from families in which neither parent holds a bachelor’s degree (4 year degree); and high school students from families who meet federal income guidelines. The goal of Upward Bound is to assist participants in the completion of high school and enroll in and graduate from post-secondary institutions. What is True North Upward Bound Math/Science?
