How Do You Make An Air Gun?
• Get an empty one litre soda/beverage drinking bottle, found in any convenience store. Keep the cap; don’t lose it. • Make a hole in the middle of the cap, but don’t make it too large. • Find a BIC Roundstic Med Pt. writing pen and disassemble all of the parts completely, including the writing head, and end cap. For the end cap, you may need to use pliers. • Insert the empty tube about halfway into the middle of the hole that you just made in the middle of the cap. Now, glue it in place really good using Super Glue or Contact Cement. • Put a projectile at the end of the pen and ensure that it will not fall out of the pen tube. You could use a marble. • Screw the cap back on the bottle. To fire, squeeze the sides of the bottle very quickly, and the bullet will come out flying at great speed through the pen tube, toward your intended target. You should hear a loud “Pop” sound!
