What does a tune up consist of?
A tune up of your computer can be different depending on where you take it for this tune up. Some agents will actually open the casing and blow out dust and debris, while most of time a tune up consists of removal of unnecessary files from your computer, clean up the desktop, clean out the system registry, and defragment your hard drive. And, they will usually recommend additional RAM, perhaps a new Power Supply or cooling fan, among other things – pretty much like an auto mechanic.
