How to Make Gluten Free Flour?
You cannot take regular wheat flour and make it gluten free. Gluten free flour has to come from another source, such as rice, beans, corn, coconut, or quinoa. These flours are available at most supermarkets in their health food sections, at health food stores, and can also be ordered from companies on the internet. I have gluten intolerance and have dealt with gluten-free flours for the past eight years.
