What if I’m still hungry?
On the Tony Ferguson Weightloss Program, there is no need to be hungry for more than 30 minutes. If you are regularly hungry or finding it difficult to stay with the Program, you can simply add more protein (e.g. eggs or meat). We can even tailor a special weekly program for you. Tony Ferguson Fibre may also be of benefit as it thickens the shakes and makes you fuller and also aids digestion. If you’re finding it difficult to get by without some of your favourite comfort foods, Tony Ferguson has developed Progress, a new phase of the Program where you learn to enjoy favourite foods like chocolate or hot chips without falling off the wagon. When you’re able to enjoy these foods in a sustainable way, you don’t experience feelings of deprivation and are able to stay motivated.
