What do the Brokerage team do?
The team will not only develop new relationships and strengthen existing connections with external employers, and other work related learning providers, but it will also ensure receptive organisations are not over-exposed to enquiries from other University departments by managing the development and introduction of a university-wide customer relationship management system. As the first point of contact for all employers, the Team will deal with all enquiries from those who want to collaborate with the University and provide solutions based on each employer’s specific interests. The team will help support the faculties to increase the level of employer engagement within the curriculum.
