As I wrote previously, police were trying to link Philip Markoff, the suspected Craiglist Killer, to a third crime which took place in Rhode Island. They’ve found that link. A law enforcement official who spoke on condition of anonymity, told the New York Times that Philip Markoff’s fingerprint was found on a wall of the Holiday Inn Express in Warwick, where a stripper has said she was held at gunpoint by a man she “met” through a Craigslist ad. However, charges have not yet been filed against Markoff in the Warwick hotel case. Philip Markoff has pleaded not guilty both to the murder of Julissa Brisman and in the case of an attack on another Craigslit advertiser, both occurring in Boston hotels .
