What makes a good/bad logo?

A powerful logo is simple, unique, and has meaning. It begins with a marketing assessment and ends with solid design principles. A memorable logo represents every positive experience a customer has ever had with your company. A poor logo has no holding value – your branding efforts are essentially useless.
