Are pictures sold framed?
No. The reason for this is because I believe it is very much up to the buyer to decide what type of frame they want. Different people have different tastes and in my experience people prefer to make framing choices themselves. This is also why pictures are sold unmounted. Most frames and framing services include mounts in the cost. By providing one with the artwork, it might limit the framing choices available to the customer. I prefer to leave decisions like this up to each customer as everyone is an individual with individual tastes.
