Initial data analysis and scaling will be performed with the Affymetrix GCOS software. Advanced data analysis will be performed using GeneSpring software (Silicon Genetics), which the KUGR staff has used extensively. Advanced filtering and statistical tools will be used to identify genes that are reproducibly up- or down-regulated in response to the treatments.
