How many amps does the MotoPump draw?

It draws just under 10 amps on startup and under load. Note that some cigarette lighter sockets are backed by a 5 or 8 amp fuse. If your bike has a lower amp rated fuse, you either need to upgrade the plug or go with a direct connection to the battery.
