Should I get Blogspot or Twitter?
I would advise you start with Twitter and progress onto a blogging platform later. This will of course depend on what you want to write about and your experience blogging. Twitter/micro-blogging is for content “sharing” (commenting on others content) whereas blogs are for actually generating content/articles. Twitter also encompasses the social aspect of following, so you can promote your account and track how many people are receiving your Tweets.
