• A Return Authorization Number (RMA) must be obtained in order to ship any products back to Redz International. • Call our toll-free number (1-877-873-3432) to obtain an RMA number. • RMAs are valid for 30 days from issue. • RMA number must be displayed on the outside of all packages sent back to Redz International. Any packages without an RMA number will be refused. • Customer is responsible for shipments to Redz International. For your protection, we recommend you use a traceable and insurable form of shipment for all items. • Product being returned must be washed and or cleaned prior to return or the RMA will not be honored. • Copy of your invoice/receipt must be included with all returns. Packages without receipts or invoices will not be honored. • Returns will be repaired, replaced or credited to your account. • Items showing signs of consumer abuse or neglect will not be repaired, replaced or credited. • Returns will be accepted up to 120 days from invoice/receipt date.
