WHY USE A COLON CLEANSER?
Many people do not realize the importance of a good colon cleanser. The food we consume today, at least the vast majority, is completely different than what our ancestors were accustomed to eating. Our bodies evolved on diets consisting of high fiber (i.e., vegetables, fruits, whole grains), but instead we find our meals saturated in sugar, salt, and fat. Also, most foods are now processed, that is, foods that have been altered from their natural state for safety and convenience; these foods are jam packed with toxins. Our colons are not designed, nor equipped to process many of the wastes that pollute our bodies. Luckily there are plenty of ways to find a colon cleanser system.
