Who is eligble to write a TAA?

In general, transfer admission agreements are open to resident students of California though some UC and independent and out-of-state universities accept transfer admission agreements from International (F-1) students and AB 540-eligible students. Additionally, there may be restrictions for students who have completed coursework at a college or university outside of the United States. Consult the TAA brochure for the college or university of your choice or meet with a De Anza College counselor or academic adviser to discuss specific TAA eligibility requirements. If you are ineligible to write a TAA, you can still apply to a TAA college or university through the regular admissions process. Research transfer admission requirements online or contact the admission office of the college or university of your choice for more information.
