How do i discipline my kitten?
First I’d ask what litter was being used where they came from, and use the same again. Other things to try would include a second tray, make sure the tray is screened (privacy), but has more than one way out (so they can’t get ambushed or feel trapped). Make sure you aren’t putting too much pressure on her! She may be getting fed up of getting dumped in there and is disliking the tray as a result: cats shouldn’t need toilet training like dogs: generally if you provide them with a place to go that they like, they’ll use it! I’d stop putting her in there. If you see her going somewhere else, gently pick her up and put her in the tray, and praise her. Praise her when you see her use it herself. But maybe stop putting her in it otherwise… Do not put the tray near her food or water. Cats are cleaner than us really, and we don’t combine kitchen and toilet do we? Actually one way of stopping her going in places you don’t want is to put food there! It might also be good to get a health check
