WHO CAN TAKE RUNNER’S YOGA?
Runner’s Yoga is appropriate for anyone with an open mind, an adventurous spirit and a healthy body. You don’t need to be flexible to take a Runner’s Yoga class, any more than you need to know how to cook to take a cooking class. You don’t even have to be a runner. You will build flexibility, strength, bodily awareness and proficiency with the postures as you practice.
